Terms.

A normal SaaS agreement, written in normal English. By signing up for or using Lighthouse, you agree to what's below. If your procurement team needs the long-form MSA / DPA, email legal@lighthouse.delivery.

The deal

You pay for seats. We provide the software, keep it running, ship improvements, and don't mess with your data. The agreement runs month-to-month (or annual if you pick that) and either side can end it with reasonable notice — see “Ending it” below.

Your data is yours

You retain all rights to the delivery data you put into Lighthouse — initiatives, people, contractors, budgets, scenarios, documents, everything. We hold a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service to you. We don't sell it. We don't train AI on it. See /privacy for the longer story.

Trial

30 days, every tier, no credit card. After day 30 you pick a plan or your workspace enters a 14-day read-only grace state. After grace, the workspace archives — preserved for 90 days in case you reactivate, then hard-deleted.

Billing

Monthly by default, annual saves 20%. Stripe processes payments — we never see your card. Prorate on upgrade is immediate; refund on downgrade is for the unused portion. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel — cancel any time, no penalty, access continues to end of period.

What you agree not to do

Reverse-engineer the service. Resell access. Use it to build a competing product. Use it for anything illegal. Upload someone else's confidential data without right to do so. Try to break the security controls.

Uptime & SLA

Free, Pro, and Team tiers are provided on a best-effort basis. Enterprise customers can negotiate a custom uptime SLA with credit policy as part of contract. Status and incident history at status.lighthouse.delivery. If we miss SLA, you get credit per the schedule in your order (Enterprise) or our standard credit policy (Team).

Ending it

You can cancel any time from Settings. We can end the relationship for non-payment, breach of these terms, or misuse — we'll usually warn first. Either way: you get to export your data for at least 30 days after closure.

Liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Direct liability is capped at the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. (Standard SaaS limit — the Enterprise MSA can negotiate caps higher.)

Governing law

Australian law. Disputes resolved in NSW courts unless your Enterprise order specifies otherwise.

Changes

We'll email every workspace owner at least 30 days before anything material changes. If you don't like the change you can cancel before it takes effect.
